Job Description
This job is intended to help achieve business growth of the company. This position is suitable for professionals with strong mindset to attract customers through various marketing and sales channels. They should be well versed with current trends in marketing as well as traditional selling techniques. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, command over English language and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identifying new sales leads
- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Identify and establish marketing channels
- Digital and social media marketing
- Converting leads into prospects
Pitching products and/or services
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products & services
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met
Qualifications
Education: MBA in marketing with B.E in Electronics/EC/CE Engineering
Experience Level: 3+ Years
Aggregate Percentage: More than 65%
Technical Skills: Strong Marketing and sales ability along with Basic Electronics industry Knowledge
